Refund policy

PopnBeats has a flexible return policy Pops and other collectibles: If you are unhappy with your collectible purchase for any reason. You can send it back within 7-10 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price*, but you will have to contact us first and we will work things out. 

If you have any issue whatsoever with your order, just contact us (see details on the 'Contact Us' page), and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

 *RETURN SHIPPING: Who pays return shipping is decided on a case by case basis. If a mistake was made on our end then we're happy to pay the shipping on the return. We try to be as fair as possible but we are a small business, so we also cannot take huge losses on orders when the error was not on our end.
