Refund policy

Returns accepted within 3 days of delivery. You can return an unopened item within 3 days of delivery, as long as it is in the same condition it arrived in.

• To start a return, email us at contact@popnbeats.com with your order number before sending anything back.
• The buyer pays return shipping.
• Once the item arrives back in the same condition, we refund the item price to your original payment method.
• Mystery boxes are sold as-is and can't be returned, opened or unopened.
• Blind boxes can't be returned once opened.

If your order arrives damaged, wrong, or not as described, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.

If you have any issue whatsoever with your order, just contact us, and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
